Is there a 30 day trial period?
Yes, if you cancel within 30 days there will be no charges. Your bill will only start from the second month onwards
Will you contact me after I submit the form?
Unifi will call you for the installation once they have verified all your information. They will contact you and will confirm the date and time for the installation
Is there any upfront payment/installation fee/deposit?
There will be a RM 100 upfront payment to process your application. However, this RM 100 will be rebated in the following month's bill.
For Non-Malaysians, there will be a RM 500 upfront payment.
If i move houses/relocate, can I bring my router with me?
Yes you can, however you will need to call Unifi and inform them about your relocation and you would need to change your address accordingly. They would then send technicians to set up the router at your new house.
